Capitec credit Insurance

Capitec has the worst credit insurance policy of any bank I've dealt with so far, you pay your installments diligently every month then when you get retrenched they still expect you to make repayments for a further 3 months, my question is with what money when you are retrenched and have no other source of income? This is affecting my credit score and now I got an SMS telling me my credit insurance is in arrears 2 months after submitting my retrenchment documents, they continue debiting my account putting it further in the negative as there is no money in there. I would not recommend taking out a loan from capitec to anyone.
