Capitec - Credit facility not accesible!
I was granted a credit facility (previously multi loan) about 3 weeks back when I app**** for and was granted my personal loan, and now when I urgently need the money I am told that the facility has been declined and that I need to go to the branch.I am leaving at one and there will not be time for me to go to the branch!!! This is nonsense as my facility was granted but is not accesible now!Sort this out or I will close my account and you can sue me for all loans and and and!
