Capitec credit card insurance is a ****
Got retrenched then got insurance approval for them to pay the loan and credit card. Post a review on the 15 July. Customer care of Capitec called on the 16 July saying he will look in the matter. 18 July received an saying they're investigating the matter with the insurance. Still nothing. The account debited from my personal account small amount that I don't get notified for. Don't trust capitec bank they're ****mers

29 Jul 2024, 18:35As I have said capitec bank is a ****. Today was a normal business day but no communication from capitec. The guy who called me on the 16 July 2024 Given Tshabalala. He said he will contact me in 5 days. Today is the 29 july 2024. They don't honor their agreements with the clients. They are useless and ****mers. A lesson from capitec bank is that your debit account and credit account should not be the same bank because capitec bank has shown me that they can manipulate the system that they tell you that only the clients can change date.
