Capitec credit card are horrible

I wrote a message about how capitec credit card is robbing the public and what interest rate they give you and what they take is to different and all their charges are de*****ing the public a guy by the name of aviwe bokveld responded to the complain he was really unprofessional absolutely autocratic as if we are obligated to capitec bank and when I asked him to reffer me to someone above him who can assist me he responded by saying he has the qualifications to resolve this complain .and refused to reffer me...yet he could do nothing to assist me..plz guys stay away from this capitec credit card..or else youll will be sitting with a massive headache and feel as if you stuck in a corner of a wall cos it seems no one will be able to assist you as if all of them are in it...
