Capitec Credit Card
I am a client of Capitec for a couple of years. Three week ago I apply for Credit Card. I went to the branch in Rustenburg Mall and they told me I do not qualified my monthly tax is to low, but I qualify for R51000 (I am a pensioner) And they said I must apply online for the credit card. I did apply and they decline my application after two week, the reason was my pension fund is less than R1,800,000 rand and my pension fund is far more than that amount. I don't see why they look at tax and pension fund. But you qualify for R51000.

06 Oct 2023, 07:09Capitec contact me yesterday via email and give the news that my credit rating is to low for the credit card that I app**** for, and that they are sorry they cannot help me, this was ongoing from 16th of September 2023, Capitec decline my application about 5 times, evertime a different excuse and the last one my credit score. I feeling is that they don't want to help me because I am retired. There is nothing wrong with my profile and like I said on my previous comment, Capitec Waterfall RTB said I qualify for R51000 and I only apply for R10000.
