Capitec credit

For MONTHS I've been TRYING to apply for credit through Capitec (yes I'm a full fledged Capitec client) but the service has been absolutely HORRIBLE to say the least, either consultants put the phone down in your ear, they simply don't get in contact with you and if you visit a branch they seem very uninterested in your application/request or have 10 million excuses as to why you can't get credit ALTHOUGH the Capitec website stipulates exactly what you need and even if you meet their criteria they have excuses, am I the only one having this problem or should I just move to another bank?

Absolute HORRIBLE service from Capitec, the "designated official" couldn't care less about what the ACTUAL problem is, I'm utterly DISAPPOINTED and disgusted with the service, each and every time I receive a call from Capitec the call gets killed as soon as I answer and then these *********** consultants still have the nerve to send a message saying they can't get hold of you, would be VERY nice if they actually tried and and start thinking about customer service, it seems to me they couldn't care less about their clients as long as they get a salary at the end of the month, I'm sure MANY people will agree with me
