Capitec Credit Accounts paid up

Good day,

Please send me paid up letters for all my credit accounts. It was handed over to Koegelenberg Attorneys, I phoned them, however they stated it is closed on their side (and paid up at Capitec) and I need to get the paid up letters from Capitec.

I phoned Capitec earlier and the lady stated she would send the letter to me. Please urgently advise so I can get this resolved.

I have now sent emails, made calls for the last 3 days, and no one is able to help me. I need a paid up letter for my credit accounts so I can provide it from the relevant party. I am being sent from department to department and no one wants to help me. I need answers please.
