Capitec continuesly keeps on failing its customers

Im failing why they still fail to return money that was sent to my account mistakenly, several visits to the branch yet no one seems to find a solition to this , a recall was made by the sender since and the promised 48 hours has passed , the bank it self is failing their customers yet one of their values is prioritizing their customer's , I'm definitely not letting this slide , I will make noise till I'm heard, ya'll take money from the power and act like you care , stupid bank!
