Capitec continues to lead in excellence

<p>It was a mistake I have come to regret when I switched my salary from Capitec to another bank. I then decided to come back and I approached Capitec Senekal branch. The consultant who helped me, Disebo, was very excellent with second to none customer care. She told me that they would switch my debit orders within seven days. I did not believe her because when i left Capitec the bank i went to promised debit order switching within 30days and even those still did not happen. But with Capitec within the promised seven days i began to receive messages from my creditors that my debit order switching request were being processed. That meant I was saved the pain of having to contact them myself.</p> <p>I now have greater respect for this bank than before. Add to that, the Capitec banking app continues to grow in innovation. Recently i discovered a new feature called debicheck which allows a customer to approve debit orders. That is power in the hands of the customer and I don't know of any bank that doea that. Other banks have a lot to learn from Capitec Bank.</p>
