Capitec consultants

I got an intimidating call from one of the consultants at Capitec bank ;I then emailed Capitec customer care ; they told.methe complain will be taken into consideration. Three months late it hasnt been sorted out and I havent received any feedback. I fear for my own safety since the consultant went as far as sending me intimidating messages and threatening my family.
