Capitec consultant are ***********
I am very disappointed with Capitec Bank. I logged a query about my cash which was retracted back to the atm on the 28th of November and was told to wait at least 30 days for the case to be resolved. Guess what , I'm told they made a mistake capturing my query then I had to wait again. I couldn't enjoy my festive seasonwith family.
