Capitec Consultant and Forex

Alex Mall Capitec Consultant " Daphne" lack a knowledge of the products or services the bank is offering to it's Loyal Customer.

I went to obtain and submit my standing instruction form on June 1st, 2021 since was travelling abroad for work and my salary will be transfer from my foreign bank account to Capitec.

She didn't know what was talking about until told her to give me a phone to call Capitec Forex. So they can explain to her.

At the moment, My money is already transfer to my Capitec acc but got an email to phone them in order for the funds to be deposited into my account. Which is an ridiculous for me since I did submitted the form before my departure.
