Capitec connect sim.

I bought a 20GB data bundle through Capitec for my Capitec Connect sim only to later discover that the SIM card was not even mine anymore – it had been given to someone else. This was something I was not aware of at the time of purchase. My money is now gone, and I have been told that it cannot be reversed. Capitec, please look into improving your system so that customers are not left paying for mistakes they didn’t even know were possible. Right now, I feel completely let down.
