Capitec connect absolute *******

Capitec bank is awesome, capitec connect is the worst ever. Can't buy airtime for the in laws and when you call the call centre some agent tells you " you most certainly can" even though I am the one trying to use the app. Downright rude and doesn't belong in a call centre. I'm not even talking about the call centre manager who will call me back....that was 5 hours ago. Not to mention the 1st agent said there is a problem, the 2nd one said buy a voucher at the garage, which garage I have no idea because they don't sell capitec airtime ! Think they must port back to previous provider. Capitec connect way off the mark.

In short your service and call centre suck !
