CAPITEC CONFUSES AND AMAZES WITH POOR AND HAPHAZARD SERVICE

I’m sorry, but a call on a Saturday MORNING ?

I work FOR A LIVING.

I tried calling the number, which then rather ungraciously told me that you “don’t work on weekends” and only Mon to Sat from 9 to 5. I took the time to visit a branch, who equally ungracefully said “it wasn’t their problem” and to call customer care. There, I was on hold for 15 minutes before I realised I was wasting my airtime and weekend time.

YOU STATE BELOW YOU WORK MON TO FRI SO WHY ARE YOU TRYING ME ON A WEEKEND ????????????????????????????
