Capitec completely offline, need my id number to tell me this

18h57, Capitec completely ofline , there is no banking whatsoever.

The worst thing is when I called the call centre and had to listen to bad quality distorted music while waiting for the agent and secondly, She couldn't tell me if there is a problem until after I had to give my id number. YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET MY ID TO TELL ME THAT CAPITEC IS COMPLETELY OFFLINE.
