Capitec complaints department

Robin from complaints department promised that he will have feedback for me within 7 working days on the 9th of July, today is the 31st and I am still waiting for feedback. Called in on Friday and I was told that complaints department does have a direct line however I will be called back but even today I’m still waiting for the call.
