Capitec Complaint

Good Day,

My name is Acaciah Williamson.

I work at Gogo Silinda trading as a Manager…, 5 Years now. I went to Capitec bank, Kabokweni Branch to get a credit since I have an existing loan with Capitec, I have been paying my loan well for the pat 16 months or so, never defaulted.

The manager gave me bad attitude, bad customers service, I decided to go to another branch and asked the Service Consultant to contact client service for me because I learn from calling them that the Kabokweni manager put a ***** hold on my account.

This has cause for much harm in my life Financial and emotional, I’m in medication for Anxiety. I can’t get credit from Capitec because of a bad service manager and bad attitude. I’m laying this complain, I have also laid a complaint on HelloPeter, I intend to do so in my platform to clear my name.

I intend to take it forward, please intervene.
