Capitec complain

I am sooo depressed, Hurt and dissapointed with capitec I can't even focus at work.. They sent money into my account on Sunday even now the money is not yet in, I went to the branch they said the sender must come to the branch.. The sender went to the bank they freezed her account because the large amount that was send to me, but they don't give her a turn around time and they don't fix the matter... I'm so ****ed and will definitely close my account after this
