Capitec Collections department pathetic service
Capitec Collections!!!! Poor pathetic service on your WhatsApp channel!!! I was chatting to Marcus who took so long to replyband then closed the chat before my query was resolved. This is an issue with your WhatsApp agents!!! Very frustrating while I'm trying to dispute my statement and make a payment!! I should take my money elsewhere then.
