Capitec coins deposit machine

Well in my case Capitec bank doesn't even deserve a single star. I deposited coins with their bank (Alberton branch) their coins deposit machine broke in the process, the lady who helped me (Busi) told me they'll log a call and I should get my money within 7 days and I was to make a follow up if the money was not credited to my account.. the money was never credited even after 5 follow ups, this happened June 2023. Last time I wrote a review here on hellopeter, Capitec Bank phoned me and told me there was no money found on the coins deposit machine, mind you I have a witness (the lady who was helping me from Capitec Busi). Noone phoned me for questions on investigation, they just phoned to tell me no coins where found on their coins deposit machine. I really feel like I lost my 3k
