Capitec closing account without informing people

I am so disappointed with capitec Bank. We have a stockvel account which doing so well but last week capitec closed out account our. Our leaders went to capitec last week and the account was opened on the 31/07/2024

Surprisingly again our account is closed on the 2/08/2024 We wan't capitec to open our Stokvel account. Capitec have a tendency of closing accounts without contacting the owners of the account

Capitec is ***********, as the Ebenezer group we even regret opening with them.
