Capitec closed my bank account for no reason

Most useless bank .

Capitec has closed my account due to an innocent transaction done with my tenant . On July 9th 2018 , I had went to pick and pay to figure out that my card had been declined at the paypoint .

Then I had called capitec only to find out i need to go into a branch to find out why my account had been frozen . While speaking to the consultant at the branch i was advised that my account had been closed due to a transaction made into my account of R3000 .

I cannot access any more or do any transactions. Capitec further to that expects me to find out where my tenant got money to pay me . It is believed to capitec that my tenant had been involved in some ***** activity but it doesn't make sense to imply me as I was being paid what I was owed for rental Further to that i had consulted and asked my tenant that the lady making false accusations is a lady who had received an in correct product in terms of size from my tenant as my client has proof of delivery of waybill So I would like to ask again or mention , my account was frozen for appearing on her bank statement ?

This is absolute nonsense . As I've not done anything wrong as I've been banking with capitec from 2016 . I was stranded in durban central with no travelling money nor airtime due to my account just being frozen

Is capitec this unprofessional to be making false accusations ? Is capitec now *****ing the money in my account ? As its now frozen and I cannot do anything. I really feel this is unfair as to what happened to me but I will not advice anyone to use this bank in future

Please help me
