Capitec closed my account and now they tell me they dont know why cause it was a long time ago

Im so disappointed with capitec. I thought they would call by now but they still failing to contact me. My account was closed without letting me know or talking to me years ago. But they have the nerve to accept money and not reverse it. Please be careful with Capitec ever since they closed my account without letting me know I’ve been warning people. I went to one of their branches to ask about the account or to atleast reverse the money that was sent to my account, they tell me that they now dont know why the account was closed because it was a long time ago
