Capitec closed my account

i am so disappointed and surprised in how Capitec Bank treated me as their Client during the lockdown last year 2020.i had an account with Capitec for almost 2 years,now to my suprise that my account was then closed without even consulting with me as their client as there were claims that it was used for ********** activities which I had no clue about .i then did went to Capitec Branch last year after I realized that after my account was closed but was told that there's someone who had reported to have sent me money and I failed to deliver whatever product I had to deliver to him which they didn't disclose what product that was. I then asked them to give me details of whoever reported that and they refused to give me that person's contact details saying it's confidential! My question to them was that what must I do now to for my account to reopened becouse I have my money stuck there and their answer was that the person who reported my account must authorize them to unfreez my account and that doesn't make any sense to me becouse I don't even know who that is and how will I tell him/her to do that!? Now this frustrates me as my money was in that account when Capitec decided to close off my account without even proper investigation or consulting me.i also did mention to them that i know nothing about such ********** activities taking place in my account.

Now i only need capitec to unfreeze my account becouse I need to have my account back since I'm self employed and capitec is the easiest way to bank for instance the transfers with my clients makes life easier. Now I end up using my employees accounts to receive money from clients.
