Capitec closed my account

i am so disappointed in how Capitec Bank treat their Clients.i had an account with Capitec for many years,now to my suprise that my account was then closed as there were claims that it was used for ********** activities.i then did went to Capitec Branch back in 2019 after my account was closed but was told me that someone deposited money into my account and i was supposed to deliver clothes to that person whom I have no idea about and when I told them to give me details of that person so I can communicate with them they said it's confidential!.Now this sucks as my money was in that account when Cappitec decided to close off my account without even proper investigation or consulting me.i also did mention to them that i know nothing about such ********** activities taking place in my account but now capitec decided to cose off my account without consulting me.
