Capitec claims department

I am a happy client. I was ****med by a fellow capitec client. I reported the matter to ***** department of which was not helpful at all. Yesterday I received a call from a very helpful and professional gentleman from the claims department. He was willing to explain and ensured me that he will try his level best to assist me in my case. Indeed he did as he promised. I wish capitec would hire more people like him. Nothing brings peace of mind knowing very well that your money is safe. Thank you very much.
