Capitec Chris Hani Crossing service

I am overly disgusted by the service we receive in black branches. Went to Chris hani crossing for a deposit with coins and the attitude I got from the door to the manager Tshepiso has no skill whatsoever. The only person who assisted efficiently was Sizwe. I still say it's not fair as to how our community is serviced, this is the reason I choose to go to ' white' malls because the serve there is always great.

Proper training or discipline measures must be put into place. Alot of people have complains but don't have the means to voice it out. Can this behavior pls be sorted out
