Capitec cheats
Hi, I purchased airtime on my Capitec App on 25 June 2020 for R30. The account was charged but airtime never loaded. After 2 phone calls to enquire I was promised that the money will be reversed back to my account. To date (23 July) nothing was done.
I am disappointed at the service, to think that I was considering moving to Capitec permanently. If I cannot trust this bank with R30, how can I trust it with my entire salary. Your service sucks.
