Capitec Cheating bank

I had a loan with Capitec Bank, for 20 months. The last debit order was R794.79. But I new I was going to be cheated and no surprise there. They did cheat me R884.54 and I still owe them seven(7) cents. My loss here is R89.75, and I would appreciate if they return my money.

This is the forth time I have been cheated by this bank. I failled to get IN contact with them cause the waiting list was about 10-15 min and was going to lose more. My account is ***. Would appreciate why they are doing that, is it only me, or they think cause we poor we wont notice.
