Capitec chatsworth

Went to Capitec Chatsworth in Durban last week to get a new card.. The teller consultant Kylie is extremely rude. She lacks customer etiquette and manners. She was having a perosnal conversation about another customer whilst attending to me. She needs to retrained if havent been already on good customer service and how to build rapport with clients. Terrible service and definitely would not recommend this branch to use.
