Capitec -chargeback went missing??????Money went missing??????

This is NOT our first email in this matter and I URGENTLY request your attention to the trail of emails below as well as proof of chargeback from Avis to Capitec bank. Now, your bank is harassing my daughter into paying them the amount of R5155 as they claim that the money was indeed paid to Avis. Avis has proof that it was not which means that Capitec has received the money but chose to still exploit my daughter and charge her for the exact same amount.

This matter has been ongoing for moths and deserve someone who is committed to client service to resolve the issue at hand. We will not back down and I personally will report this to the ombudsman and every social platform available if necessary as this is blatant theft.
