Capitec Centurion lifestyle center, pathetic service

I have never been this upset with a branch and the overall service. I have been at the Capitec branch since Saturday trying to do something as simple as getting a loan and every day there has been an issue. If it’s not confirming employment after confirming employment there is a building that was evacuated and they can not do the next step of creating the employer on the system. I am then supposed to come back for a fourth time this week so I can get turned back for something else that can’t be done and all anyone can do is apologize. I might just movr my whole banking to someone else because clearly Capitec doesn’t care about me or my time
