Capitec causes single mom with two teenagers distress

My Account at Capitec Bank was closed by Capitec Bank on the 21/8/2018 without any notice. There was a positive balance of +- R5,000 in the account at the time of closure. Upon enquiring I was told that they need to contact the ***** department as this was instructed by them. I was told that an amount of R700 was deposited into my account on the 10/8/2018 and the person who deposited the money claimed that they paid money into my account but has not received the product. If this is the matter why close my account? Why not put a hold on the R700 and notify me of this action. How can a bank just freeze / close a single mom with two teenagers account, leaving us stranded with no money for more than a week now. If it wasn't for family and friends we would have not had anything to eat or live from.

I find this totally unacceptable and would like Capitec bank to take responsibility for their actions.
