Capitec caused me stress

Good Day Hello Peter,

I have a problem with Capitec Bank, which blocked me back in 2017. The problem started when my friend transferred me money which she owed me. When I went to draw the money the following day my card was blocked,I then went inside the branch and was told that I was handed over to the ***** department. I was confused at first because I have never created anything ********** in my life and the consultant advised me that there was a client who came in one of the Capitec branches and advised one of the consultant that someone used his card to transfer money and when they checked at Capitec the money went into my account.

I was then told to go to the Police Station for my statement and come back at any Capitec Branch and I then went to the same Capitec Branch, They called their ***** department they advised me that there is nothing they could do. I then went with my friend who transferred me money from her boyfriends account at the Police station to make her statement that she was the one who transferred money into my account,until today this has not been solved. It has caused me stress mentally and financially,I have even tried to pay my debt with Capitec,I was advised by consultants a Capitec that I have been blocked and ***** department are not allowing me to pay anything.
