CAPITEC CAUSED HUNGER FOR MY FAMILY

I am so dissapointed at my favourite bank capitec. Capitect closed my account and asked for my fica documents, fine i went and did them and sent them affidavit explainting what the accont is for and it all went well. Capitec closed my account again a week later they froze my account demanding the same documents. I sent them again but this time they never un-froze my account. My salary was paid to the same account and i could not pay my bills pr pay my childrens school fees or buy groceries now i am stuck and my family is hungry and my kids are sitting at how coz school fees are not paid. This is the worse bank i ever banked with
