Capitec cashsend
Dear capitec, we are not living in the stone ages. Was using the cashsend feature for the first time today and needed to cancel the unredeemed voucher. There is no option for that on the app. It's 2026 guys. Do better. ***. Now I'm forced to wait 30 days or find an atm because there is no option to just send it back to my account. You guys employ people from other banks. Get tips from them get with the times. Your employees don't even have medical aid. How useless for such a big bank. Do better.
