Capitec Cashiers giving out private information

Over the past couple of months, on two separate occasions, my private banking profile / Accounts has been shared with customers, making a deposit. I am giving out A account NAME, and A bank ACCOUNT number. Then the CASHIERS freely share, other account numbers, or the fact that there is other accounts also held. The fact that there is OTHER bank accounts has absolutely NOTHING to do with ANY other people!!!!! . I have officially lodged a complaint, with Capitec Helpdesk, and on various occasions phone in, and asked that my complaint nr be forwarded to me - Capitec Helpdesk personnel refuses to do so; then on various occasions I have phoned in again to find out why NO Senior Manager as per my request contacts me, but I am walking into a wall every time. I am blankly refused to get to speak to a Senior Manager, and neither do I get any feedback on my complaint. The "helpdesk Supervisors are simply keeping me on line, and refuses to escalate my complaint!!! The fact that there is other account available is NO EXCUSE to share ANY other information!!!!! And it is BULL that it must be done to verify that the account details is correct!!! This morning, I phoned in to the helpdesk to find out why I get no feedback, just so that the Helpdesk personal can tell me "I cannot find any record of your complaint".. I am also escalating my complaint to the Banking Ombudsman. It is clear that Capitec Helpdesk deletes and hides complaints, so there is no record of it.
