CAPITEC CASH SEND : RIDICULOUS

i was sent money via capitec send money. the system in itself is inefficient by the way. why send the person sending you money the sms. anyway apparently capitec had a system error on the beginning july with cash send. but i still don't have my money, now im told that i have redeemed the vouchers? absolute madness. can someone please call me to sort out this mess. i understand simplicity, there is nothing simple capitec. they have a primitive way of doing things catering for a market who they believe is primitive. it is sad that black people continue to be treated this way.
