Capitec Cash Send HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN USING IT!!!!!!!

Yesterday, I sent my brother money via the Capitec Cash Send system! Yesterday my brother didn’t have the time to withdraw the money, today he goes to withdraw the money and he gets there abs they say the money has been withdrawn already. It was only him and I that had a pin and no one else!!! I called the bank to find out when and where the money was withdrawn, they told me the money was withdrawn last night at 18:56 but they can not see where?! How is that possible, you can see when it was withdrawn but you can not tell me where it was taken, from an ATM or Shop?! How??????????? I feel that the Capitec system is not functioning properly as this is not the first case I’ve heard of where you guys say the money is withdrawn but it’s a system error and money was reversed back!!! I don’t know what’s happening there but please fix this or give me an explanation ASAP!!
