Capitec cash send

I send cash twice. Voucers cannot be redeemed at atm. This is after hours. 7pm. Shops is closed. Can only get cash at atm. I use last emergency airtime and call the call centre as advertised on atm screen. Only for the operator to take all my airtime before he picks up. And tell me he cant help me. Now why do you have a call centre when agents cant help. Why offer a broken service? People can die because of this. I wouldve made another plan if i knew i would be dissapointed this way
