Capitec cash error - money gone
Send cash, got to the bank, typed in the ref and pin just to have the atm return to main screen with no money being paid out. When trying again, got error message "unable to redeem voucher". Emailed capitec, no response. Tried the whatsapp, every time I'm referred. Absolutely ****ed!
