Capitec ***** cases
I reported a ***** case in January and when I contact the WhatsApp number or even call, the staff still doesn't have an answer for me yet I submitted all the documents that were required. My question is how long does it take to invistigate ***** cases and will I ever get my money back, doesn't capitec pay clients out of pocket like other banks if the ***** is proven? At this point I am really frastrated with capitec

12 Aug 2024, 17:21😂😂A serious joke I tell you, the same ****mer that ****med me is still using a capitec business account with the same name to **** people but capitec says that I must report that the guy uses different account. Funny enough because I provided capitec ***** with every account of the guy besides the recent one, so are you telling me that capitec didn't pick up that the same business name opened another account using the same name. It's either the capitec staff don't want to work or they are working with the guy
