Capitec Carnival Mall Brakpan

Capitec at Carnival Mall Brakpan has the worst service and utter disregard for the customer My mother was there on Friday 6th August 2021 with a letter from the high court requesting to received my late father's final bank statement. She was then told to come back after two working days. She returned on Tuesday 10/08/2021 only to find that her request for the statement was not lodged and was promised that it was being done immediately and was then told to return after two working days.

She was there today 12/08/2021 and no statement was provided and turns out that the request has still not been lodged. She requested to see the branch manager and was given a different story on the being a back log with the statement department

We are really not happy with the level on service and utter disregard for your customers.
