Capitec cards' quality is wack!!!

Can Capitec please do something about the quality of their cards. I replaced mine earlier this year and already the chip wasn't working (with the expiry date of 2029). To my surprise I was charged a replacement fee of R75, even though it wasn't my fault that the chip stopped working. This is ****************!!!, can Capitec please intervene on this matter before they lose clients because of this.
