Capitec cards are a joke.

Capitec bank cards are of very poor quality, within months of having the card, the card number faded. I went to the branch in Stellenbosch Eikestard mall and was promised that the replacement fee would be reimbursed.

A week later and the fee has not been reimbursed and I paid for something that I shouldn't have. Why do customers pay for a replacement when the issue was with the supplier. The representative that was helping me said that the first batch was from China and they have since changed suppliers.

The service on branches is even ridiculous.
