Capitec Card does not work for online

I opened an account with Capitec. I was told that I could use the card I was given FOR ANY ONLINE PURCHASES. This is NOT TRUE. Despite visiting the branch as requested, doing EXACTLY what I was instructed, this card DOES NOT WORK FOR ONLINE PURCHASES . Udemy, Payfast both don’t work with this card. Beware people, they tell you it can be ‘used like any other card’, BIT THIS IS A LIE
