Capitec card blocked

On Monday I realised that my card is not working when I wanted to request an uber ,to my surprise it didn’t wana accept , I tried buying airtime it refused , then I went to the atm it didn’t wana show me the balance then I went inside they said they will resolve an issue in the next 24hours max , Tuesday matter was still unresolved, Wednesday same story , even today no green light , I’m stuck I cnt use my card I cnt do anything because my card is not working it’s locked blocked and no one is communicating with me from Capitec and today I ended up staying on the line until my airtime wa finished with no luck and they never bother getting back to me . I don’t know what to do anymore ,tomorrow my salary from work will bounce and there’s money I’m waiting for my husband it will also bounce as I have to send pop to Sants school I can’t open my app and closing date tomorrow and I have to send 3 months bank statement at MTN I can’t because my card is not working .i need to buy staff for my kids I can’t because Capitec won’t resolve this nonsense.
