Capitec card *****

I noticed ihat R100 payments was made to Ap*ShopAssist STELENBOSCH GPZA 6 of them from, *****ulanly, from january 2025 ,of interest is that is when i got a new card. This causedme to get a new card at my cost. I asked whats can be done as i have never used online buying , It was explaned that i can request a ***** investigation, money ****** was R600, The shock came when i was infoermed that to initiate the investigation would cost R80 AND maybe i will get back R100, wow therefore R20. My card is very secure as I only use it maybe 4 times a month. Conclution, it was someone that has to has direct information of my account. thanks capitec for the new SA excelent support in figting *******ion lol
