Capitec cant resolve their own instant EFT failures

Ive been using capitec bank as my primary bank since 2013 and the only way to rate a bank is how they handle transaction issues. Capitec is by far the worst bank ever when they *****up an instant eft. Its been over a week now and thankfully it was only on a smaller transaction but everytime I talk to whatsapp support they tell me its treated with urgency and will be resolved soon. Day after day just goes by and nothing gets resolved. The instant eft happened from Capitec to Absa and Absa have no knowledge of the instant eft at all.

I do regular 6 figure transactions each month from my capitec account. I would be completely *****ed if this issue happened on one of the larger transactions as I can see now that Capitec does not care to resolve their own transaction failures quickly and just put all the stress on the back of the client who had no part in the bank *****up.

Capitec if you are reading this, I need this transaction issue resolved within 24hr, just telling me I need to wait another 5 days.. then another 5 days.. then another 5 days.. IS NOT A SOLUTION, your just hooking me along a trail over nothingness.

So the bottomline is this, count your blessing if you bank with Capitec and do big transactions and have not had a transaction issue where Capitec debit the amount but never transfer the funds and its just stuck in some void. If this happens to you, GOOD LUCK getting it resolved at all with Capitec. Its been a week and counting and they still just hook me along with the same responses of nothing being resolved.

I would give Capitec a 0 star rating if I could, support issues like this is the only thing seperating banks in the market. Everything else banks offer is all the same but if there is an issue the quality of a bank is exposed immediately and Capitec is by far the worst bank I ever dealt with when it comes to any real issue like transaction issues.
